State Children's Health Insurance Funds to Expire; U.S. Congress Deliberates

Nearly 20,000 children still live without health insurance in the state. So health officials are awaiting the fate of a bill in Washington that promises to help fund coverage for at least 10,000 of those kids. If the SCHIP bill makes its way through Congress and is signed by President Bush - New Hampshire may get $168 million to help fund kids' insurance programs over five years.
