Bush proposes standard tax deduction for health insurance

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- President Bush on Saturday called health care an "urgent priority" for the nation, and proposed a standard tax deduction for health insurance as a path toward making coverage more affordable and accessible.
