Bush threat over children's health insurance unwise
House Republicans such as Deborah Pryce of Upper Arlington and Steven C. LaTourette of Concord Township in northeastern Ohio, who hail from the more moderate wing of the GOP, couldn't have been real happy last week with President Bush's threat to veto a children's health-insurance bill.
