President Bush signed a cheaper version of the SCHIP renewal bill, approving only 5 billion dollars for the nations poor according to Florida Health Insurance web. As the State Children's Health Insurance Program, or SCHIP, is extended, Floridian's will continue to receive money from the federal government to cover health insurance of children that have been enrolled through March
