IRDA plans guidelines for health insurance cos
Reiterating the need to expand the reach of health insurance to a wider section of population, the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Irda) chairman C S Rao, on Thursday, said the regulator is planning to come up with separate guidelines on health insurance, spelling out provisions for comprehensive healthcare and consumer redressal soon.
