OLDWICK, N.J.----A.M. Best Co. has withdrawn the financial strength rating of A and the issuer credit rating of "a" and assigned a category of NR-5 to Fort Wayne Health & Casualty Insurance Company , a subsidiary of Swiss Reinsurance America Corporation
