Health insurance premiums up all over

A survey of insurance brokers and agents released Wednesday said that the costs of medical insurance for most companies has climbed since last fall. The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers' survey said that more than half of small companies and nearly half of midsize companies in the Midwest saw double-digit percentage increases in health insurance premiums.
